Welcome to Geeksturf’s Jobs Posting Platform

Thank you for choosing Geeksturf  job posting services and related features (collectively, the “Jobs Services”). By purchasing, registering for, or otherwise utilizing the Jobs Services, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Geeksturf, even if you are acting on behalf of a company or other organization. The Jobs Services enable you to post job opportunities that will be displayed across Geeksturf’s network and affiliated third-party platforms (collectively referred to as "Properties"), which may include websites, mobile applications, and other digital services. These postings can be targeted to Geeksturf’s users based on non-personally identifiable data, such as industry, job function, company type, and hashed email addresses.

1. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

In addition to these Jobs Terms and Conditions, your use of the Jobs Services is subject to Geeksturf’s User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Specific features of the Jobs Services may come with additional terms, which will be presented when you engage with those features. In the event of a conflict between different agreements you have with Geeksturf, these Jobs Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable feature-specific terms, will govern your use of the Jobs Services.

If you are using the Jobs Services on behalf of a business or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Jobs Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Geeksturf may hold both you and the entity you represent accountable for any violations of these terms. The terms “you,” “your,” and “party” will apply to both you and the entity you represent.

Geeksturf offers an optional “Express Recruitment” feature that, for an additional fee, enhances the visibility of a Posting by securing premium placement on certain Geeksturf pages, emails, and other Properties. The positioning, size, and visibility of your Sponsored Job Postings will be determined at Geeksturf’s sole discretion and are subject to available ad space.
